Returns and refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 10 days – If 10 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include hair accessories and earrings. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards.

Any items purchased via click and collect are non refundable. Exchange or credit note only! 

Click and collects are only valid for exchange or credit note within 10 days from date of purchase. 

Click and collects to be collected from store within 3 working days! If items await collection for longer than 10 days unfortunately no credit note or exchanges can be given. 

Any items purchased instore are also non refundable. Credit note or exchange only.
Must be returned within 10 days. Outside the 10 day limit nothing will be issued!

Items cannot be cancelled after purchase is complete.


To complete your return, e-mail us at info@stylemeboutique.online detailing the item(s) you wish to return. Further information on the returns procedure will be provided to you upon receipt of said email.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Sale items can NOT be refunded, returned or exchanged. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stylemeboutique.online

Items can only be replaced if said item is still in stock. Where an exchange is not possible an alternative will be offered.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. (Within the 10 days from original purchase).

RETURNS SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A traceable shipping service should be used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Browse through our collections and select the the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection click on “checkout” you will be asked for a few details that are required in order to complete your order. We accept payment via PayPal.

PRICING

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in UK. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. Prices quoted on this web store are for internet sales only.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.

DELIVERY

Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the items ordered happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issue a refund right away. We endeavour to deliver in time frames outlined in the delivery section, however are reliant on third party carriers such as Royal Mail so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.
